Accor Hotels guide the requirements for Novotel hotel styling, typically supported by an international design practice. Myriad was engaged by the property owners to deliver this concept across a full hotel refurbishment. Working with the Thai design team, we undertook an extensive detail development to meet the business imperatives, whilst delivering the comprehensive upgrade program. Our role incorporated design resolution, documentation collaboration & preparation of tender packages, along with the procurement and management of numerous international supply items.
The complete refit of the lobby, restaurant, bar & meeting facilities; combined with the refurbishment of 314 rooms has transformed the aging property. The full program of work was managed with the hotel’s continuous operation. Once again, the Novotel Oasis has become a favourite for families & business travellers alike, enabling the Owner’s ROI expectations to be achieved.

Our fifth project with Carlton Horn, the commission was to create a complete & new dining experience that takes advantage of an iconic waterfront location. The design solution integrated branding & the interior to reflect the brasserie style menu.
