As the first stage in the refurbishment of the hotel, guest rooms on Levels 3 to 11 were stripped for a full re-fit. Soda Thailand provided a design to meet the Accor & Owner’s requirements. Myriad delivered on the ground services for the coordination of procurement and construction detailing guidance.

The Colonial Club has long been a family favourite across the Region, but it was time for a refurbishment to lift the large landscaped property. A comprehensive redevelopment created a new kitchen, bar & lounge area alongside the pool & playground.
The Centre is the first of its kind in Regional Australia, offering resort style accommodation; allied health & rehabilitation services for visitors and people transitioning from hospital to home.
Continuing the program of upgrade for the hotel, the pool and poolside facilities received a full refurbishment. The poolside and swim-up bar were doubled in size to increase seating and improve the service capabilities.
