With the trend to take dining in retail centres into an immersive experience, Lantern Lane brings a slice of Asian urban street market into the heart of Cairns. Heavily themed, the laneway is truly food theatre. A series of tiny stalls offer an array of freshly cooked authentic delights from various corners of Asia. This is a place to dwell amidst the comforting bustle of cooking, laughter & drinking. The enticing aromas from the sizzling hotplates of the six outlets ensure a difficult choice. Myriad’s design was as much stage set as it was fitout documentation. Stockland’s design team established a strong ambition & led the way with a highly detailed, theatrical envelope for the food street.
